At The Red Room Book Boutique, we take pride in curating high-quality books, candles, and specialty items. Because many of our products are limited, handmade, or mystery-based, we maintain the following return and refund policy.

All Sales Final – Most Items
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final on the following items:
• Books
• Blind Date with a Book purchases
• Candles and wax products
• Gift sets and bundles
• Limited edition or seasonal items
• Sale or discounted items
These items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
• A brief description of the issue
We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Lost packages once marked as delivered
• Damage caused during transit by the carrier
However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
Candle-Specific Policy
Because candles are handmade and sensitive to temperature and handling:
• Slight variations in color, scent, or appearance are normal
• Melted candles due to weather or transit conditions are not eligible for return
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
